Contract

The sale of all products is made directly by Discovery Music, NIF: 71408761V, with social address in the street Arco, 1-3, CP 15003 of La Coruña.
The contract for the transaction of products between the client and Discovery Music, will be understood carried out in the address of this society in the date of the Purchase Order made by the client.
Once the Purchase Order was received by Discovery Music, the client will receive via email a copy of the conducted contract.
The client has a term of seven working days from the reception of bought products to solve the conducted contract, having to communicate it to Discovery Music within the indicated term and by any means admitted in right.
The contractual relations between the client and Discovery Music, will be regulated by the applicable Spanish Legislation.
When realising the Purchase Order, the client knows, understands and accepts the set of purchase conditions in this page of information.

Shipment Form

All the orders are sent through service of Correos (Spanish postal service), in the term indicated in the detail of each product.

Payment Modes

By means of a safe connection it is acceded to the payment footbridge of the BBVA Bank, leader in TPV (Sale Point Terminal) and in electronic commerce services in Spain. The payment data are crypted to be transmitted directly to the BBVA, at no moment Discovery Music has knowledge of these data.

The payment can take place:

With debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, 4B and American Express. It is the moment to enter the numeration, that is to say, the card numbers without spaces and the expired date must be introduced.

Banking transference: the payment with transference is due to carry out in Bank Account: 0182-0655-19-0201552548 (Code IBAN ES18-0182-0655-19-0201552548) to name of Eladio Lozano González/DISCOVERY MUSIC.

This electronic address is protected against spam bots. It needs to activate Javascript to visualize it or by fax to 981 203 231 in a maximum term of 48 hours. If in this term there is certainty of the no payment, the order will be annulled automatically.

Attention: The order will be confirmed and products reserved to the reception of the transference.
